This means that all the products we use are non-toxic, non-abrasive, and essentially odorless. While we could add a manufactured fragrance to our products, we recognize that not everyone likes the same scent.

We provide and bring all of our own green and eco-friendly cleaning products. However, if you have preferred products, we're happy to use yours upon request.

The decision is yours. As part of our routine cleaning, we typically don't dust inside cabinets. However, any items visible and accessible will be moved and dusted unless instructed otherwise. Understandably, homes with extensive dusting requirements may take longer to clean, which could affect the pricing. If there are specific items you cherish and prefer not to be handled, please let us know, and we'll ensure they are left undisturbed. While accidents are rare, we're committed to minimizing any risks to your cherished belongings.

The traditional urge to "clean for the weekend" is now being balanced by the understanding that cleaning earlier in the week leads to longer-lasting cleanliness. So, the choice is yours. Let us know your preference, and we'll accommodate your schedule and location to the best of our ability.

Our standard service includes cleaning the inside and outside of the front storm door, the back patio door, and the window above the kitchen sink, as long as the weather permits. For other windows, it's recommended to hire a professional window washing company for thorough cleaning.
